The Belgian fashion brand Bellerose chooses the e-SCM Solutions platform to further digitize its supply chain. Bellerose has struggled with increasing supply chain complexity in recent years, partly due to the growing number of suppliers, strong international expansion and the need for strict quality control. The existing internal system was no longer sufficient.
With e-SCM, Bellerose now centralizes all data regarding orders, production and shipments on one digital platform. This should lead to fewer manual processes, better monitoring of deliveries and more real-time insight into operational activities. From now on, communication with suppliers and logistics partners will also take place via that platform.
