Yokohama Tire has partnered with “Just Hands: For the Love of Racing” by supplying ADVAN A052 ultra-high-performance tires. Produced by Sonic Gods Studios, the four-part docuseries blends personal storytelling with high-performance racing.
The series follows Torsten Gross, a quadriplegic race car driver and founder of the Just Hands Foundation, on his quest to compete at the highest levels of GT motorsport. Gross aims to prove that adaptive athletes can be elite racers, competing against all drivers on equal terms on Yokohama ADVAN A052 tires. “Just Hands” is now streaming on Prime Video.
“Visibility matters big time. ‘If you can’t see it, you can’t be it,’” said Gross. “When I got into motorsports, I noticed something missing: people like me. Most disabled driver stories highlight injured racers who returned to the track. But what about someone like me – someone who was already in a chair and wanted to race? This docuseries proves that anyone can race.”
