Handbagen brand Demellier is working with Bleckmann to strengthen his logistics activities. The cooperation responds to the strong growth of the brand and must help to efficiently absorb seasonal peaks and large volume fluctuations.
The fulfillment activities will take place from the specialized logistics center of Bleckmann in Rieme, near Ghent (photo, thanks to Bleckmann). Bleckmann introduces new delivery options, including Premium and Same Day delivery. In addition, the focus is on integrated IT systems, a simplified return process and circularity, where damaged returns are made ready for sale.
