Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. announced in an SEC filing that Ryan Waldron, president of Goodyear Americas, has left the company. Waldron, a 22-year veteran of Goodyear, had served in the top Americas role since 2023. He had held leadership positions across sales, product development, and global business units.
On an interim basis, Marcelo Toscani, currently president of Goodyear Latin America, will assume responsibility for the Americas business. Toscani has experience across global operations, most recently overseeing markets in Brazil, Mexico, and other key regions.
The move comes at a critical time for Goodyear as it continues executing its transformation plan following the integration of Cooper Tire and ongoing restructuring efforts.
The company has not yet named a permanent successor for Goodyear Americas President Ryan Waldron.
