Yokohama Rubber Co, Ltd, has acquired 22.98 per cent of the shares in Shandong Yokohama Rubber Industrial Products Co, Ltd (YRSC), making the conveyor belts firm a consolidated subsidiary. The deal was completed on 18 July. Yokohama board associate officer Shigehiko Amano will continue to lead the firm as chairman.
