On 22 November, The Yokohama Rubber Co., Ltd. held a ceremony to commemorate the opening of its new passenger car plant in Hangzhou City, China. Company President and COO Shinji Seimiya and Fan Ming, Chairman and President of Yokohama Rubber (China), hosted local dignitaries and partners at the event.
