Yokohama research project contributes to efforts to control rubber tree diseases spreading in Indonesia

Yokohama Rubber has presented the outcomes of an international research project focused on preventing and controlling rubber tree leaf fall disease, a major threat to natural rubber production in Indonesia. The findings were presented on 9 December at the fifth Joint Coordinating Committee Meeting held at Universitas Indonesia. The project, part of the SATREPS programme jointly managed by JST and JICA with support from Japanese government ministries, aims to ensure sustainable natural rubber production through advanced technologies.
