Montea has found a new tenant for the warehouse in Puursint-Amands that previously served as a logistics center for H&M and then as a pop-up theater for Studio 100. Transport Robbyns will withdraw from the building from October this year.
The site includes a warehouse space of 11,833 m² with a free height of 8 meters, 11 charging quays and two sectional gates. The building was modernized with LED lighting and a state of the art sprinkler system against fire. In addition, the site also offers 1408 m² office space, spread over two floors, and 10,000 m² space available for parking or outdoor storage.
Transport Robbyns will use the building to load and unload nearly 30,000 containers every year. “We have been excellent partners with Montea for some time, even for this collaboration. There has always been a professional relationship. That we are now expanding to the Montea building, not only ensures a boost in our activities, but that we have a good neighbor,” said Kurt Robbyns, CEO of Transport Robbyns.
