In the context of the sector agreement for 2025-2026, the social partners of the Joint Committee 140.035 have decided that the Social Fund for Transport and Logistics will no longer award a premium for further training of truck drivers. This measure is offset by a reduction in the companies’ contribution (-0.15%) to the SFTL.
The SFTL contribution for further training amounted to 50 euros per employee for companies with fewer than 5 employees and 25 euros for companies with more than 5 employees. This contribution could be used for both internal training (for example, training on safety procedures given by the warehouse manager to the drivers) and for external training (for example in the context of Code 95).
