The collaboration is described as part of Supertracker’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) commitment to skills development within the automotive industry. With the automotive sector among the UK’s top six industries for unfilled jobs, demand for skilled technicians continues to rise. And technical roles, such as vehicle technicians, are reportedly particularly hard to recruit (IMI Labour Market Briefing, May 2025).
