The Board of Directors of Ninatrans has appointed Stijn Van Keer as CEO. Founder Benny Smets remains fully involved in the company and becomes chairman of the Board of Directors.
“After working for many years as CEO of the Ninatrans group, I am now taking on the position of chairman of the board of directors,” says Benny Smets. “In this capacity, I will focus on defining and safeguarding the group’s mission, vision, values and long-term strategy, and on representing Ninatrans to our key stakeholders.”
Stijn Van Keer joined Ninatrans in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer. Before that, he gained experience at ING Belgium and then at Deloitte. Until now he has held the position of general manager.
