Scania’s Services 360 offering is being expanded to include electric vehicles, including batteries. When it comes to used vehicles, the Swedish manufacturer now offers different levels of coverage in terms of repair, maintenance and productivity.
Customers with used vehicles can choose from four formulas (Core, Plus, Full and Pro) that range from basic maintenance and simple digital monitoring to proactive repairs. Fleets that use electric vehicles can have them covered by a Full contract. “By offering this unique level of service, we guarantee that every repair, every interaction between the systems and every unforeseen issue is handled and covered by Scania, providing our electric truck customers with all the support they need.”
