Fabrice Ausloos launches AAA Assistance

Must read

Fabrice Ausloos, former transporter and former truck breakdown assistance provider, launches AAA Assistance, a new service that aims to minimize downtime in the event of a breakdown. The service will launch in France on July 1, 2026, followed by Belgium, but is expected to be expanded to other countries afterwards.

According to the founder, AAA Assistance is a control room that focuses entirely on truck assistance. This involves coordinating the activities, from the analysis of the breakdown or incident, the choice of the breakdown assistance provider to the follow-up of the intervention. AAAssistance mainly offers roadside assistance, including on the highway, assistance with tire problems, but also administrative support such as paying and managing fines and arranging inspections in the event of mobility problems or standstill. All procedures are monitored in real time, ensuring full traceability and accurate reporting for the customer, as AAA Assistance is in charge of its technological tools that use artificial intelligence.

“Our ambition is to offer carriers modern, fast and efficient solutions,” explains Fabrice Ausloos. “Our goal is to become a reliable partner for transport professionals, by saving them time, securing their operations and improving the quality of service. For example, we will develop scenarios with our clients and ensure that they are applied accurately. This guarantees uniform handling, consistent quality and contractual compliance.”

The breakdown assistance providers are the core of the model. “The goal is to build a balanced and sustainable relationship with them,” continues Fabrice Ausloos. “For example, with each intervention we will take photos upon arrival and departure, so that a complete file is created that the customer can consult. We also organize four video conferences per year with our partners to improve the quality of the interventions, strengthen the involvement of the partners and limit situations of tension.”
