More than 10 potential buyers for Ziegler

Must read

After the bankruptcy of two of its most important subsidiaries in France, it was feared that the entire Ziegler group would encounter difficulties. According to the CSC-Transcom union, management has started looking for a buyer.

“We thought we would escape the problem in Belgium, but that is not the case. Not because the employees are bad, but because the management of this company has entrusted the management to people who have made very bad investments and who have handled this chaotically, to say the least,” explains CSC-Transcom, who then echoes what was said during a works council meeting on May 7: “They told us that they would try to save as many jobs as possible and that significant progress has already been made, as there are more than ten potential buyers would be.”

Ziegler currently employs approximately 550 people in Belgium, spread over fifteen companies. We asked Ziegler management to respond to CSC Transcom’s video, but have not received a response yet.
