NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Trucking industry supplier Clarience Technologies and its operating companies are rolling out a wide array of new products, ranging from trailer safety technology to streamlined tire maintenance and simplified asset tracking.

Representatives from Truck-Lite, Pressure Systems International, Road Ready, Davco Technology and Rear View Safety introduced their latest innovations during a March 17 press conference here at the Technology & Maintenance Council’s 2026 Annual Meeting and Transportation Technology Exhibition.

Truck-Lite previewed its new Trailer Back Up Safety System, designed to enhance safety and efficiency during trailer backing maneuvers.

The system uses lighting and an audible alarm to clearly signal reverse trailer movement and help protect ground personnel.

The reverse lighting also enhances visibility for the driver and helps prevent backing-related vehicle or property damage.

“The lack of visibility behind a trailer at loading docks, yards and parking areas creates a challenge for drivers, with a real risk of property [and] equipment damage and personal injuries,” said Matt Mrakovich, Truck-Lite’s vice president of engineering.

The system will be available for 2027 trailer builds, Truck-Lite said.

Pressure Systems International, another Clarience company, announced it has partnered with FlowBelow to develop a faster and simpler way to manage tire pressure without removing aerodynamic wheel covers.

FlowBelow’s new Easy Air Access Wheel Cover, powered by P.S.I. components, is designed to make routine pressure checks easier with no need to remove wheel covers or valve stem caps.

The product routes P.S.I.’s air hoses from the inner and outer tires to centrally located service ports on the wheel cover. It also supports integration with P.S.I.’s TireView tire pressure monitoring system to enhance visibility into tire health.

“What this does is it brings ease of tire maintenance and … a tire monitoring system to one product, kind of like peanut butter and chocolate,” said Craig Smith, vice president of marketing and communications for P.S.I.

Also during the briefing, Road Ready announced the launch of TrackRR Lite, a compact tracking device designed for non-powered and infrequently used assets, which can include empty storage containers, specialized equipment and trailers.

The device installs in minutes and provides location data without the cost or infrastructure of full telematics systems.

“Historically, misplaced equipment could take days or weeks to locate and result in valuable lost time and money,” said Jeff Irish, Road Ready’s general manager. “TrackRR Lite was designed specifically for this challenge — providing reliable location visibility in a simple, cost-effective solution without the burden of complex installation or ongoing maintenance.”

Clarience company Davco Technology, a provider of diesel fuel filtration and water separation systems, introduced its next-generation Fuel Pro 498 model.

The new product integrates the coolant heat features of the Fuel Pro 483 with the 3-layer filtration of the Fuel Pro 488 into a single unit, enabling better engine operation in cold weather and water separation that exceeds engine manufacturer requirements, the company said.

Alex Trkulja, director of sales at Rear View Safety, highlighted the company’s Air Vue wireless camera system, which automatically pairs cameras with an in-cab monitor to eliminate blind spots around the tractor-trailer.

He also discussed the RVS LedgeAlert system, which uses a camera, light and buzzer to warn workers when they are near the edge of a trailer or cargo loading zone to prevent injuries caused by falls.
