On 10 March, the Board of Directors of Scandinavian Enviro Systems AB (Enviro) filed for bankruptcy for its wholly owned subsidiary, Tyre Recycling in Sweden AB. This filing, made with the District Court of Gothenburg, is part of Enviro’s ongoing corporate restructuring and aims to strengthen the company’s liquidity and long-term profitability. Enviro says its operations in Gothenburg will continue as normal in parallel with additional measures within the framework of the reorganisation.
