TL Hub, the job board of Transportmedia Group, has taken a new strategic step in its development by entering into a strategic partnership with TruckFly, the Michelin app for truck drivers.
“Given the shortage of drivers in Belgium, it becomes essential to better connect transport companies with drivers in a simple, fast and efficient way. That is why TL Hub is entering into a partnership with TruckFly, an app that is already used as a travel companion by more than 600,000 truck drivers in Europe,” explains Eliott Duckers, Managing Director of TL Hub.
Originally intended as a travel companion for truck drivers (with more than 125,000 points of interest recorded to date), TruckFly has gradually developed additional services, such as a GPS for trucks and now also geolocated vacancies, integrated directly into the service. The aim is to help drivers more easily find vacancies in their area or on their route, but also to give transport companies more visibility to candidates who are actually active on the road.
“The complementarity between this platform and TL Hub was therefore self-evident: with this collaboration, TL Hub strengthens its mission to facilitate recruitment in the transport sector and provide concrete solutions for a sector that is under great pressure,” concludes Eliott Duckers.
