Swedish technology company nyce.logic, part of Extenda Retail, launches nyceBuddy, an artificial intelligence-powered warehouse management co-pilot. The chatbot is designed to support warehouse teams with real-time insights, automation and an easy-to-use conversational interface.
nyceBuddy acts as a digital assistant within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and brings together data, insights and actions in one platform. The system helps speed up decisions, reduce manual tasks and increase the accuracy of warehouse processes.
Shorter dock-to-stock times
The tool focuses on tangible improvements such as shorter dock-to-stock times, better OTIF (On Time, In Full) performance and more efficient use of space. In addition, nyceBuddy provides access to manuals and process documentation within the workflow and can perform operational actions automatically.
According to Thomas Staven, Chief Product Officer at Extenda Retail, nyceBuddy is more than a chatbot: “It is an operational teammate that combines insights, recommendations and actions to realize measurable improvements in WMS performance.”
nyceBuddy is built on a cloud-native architecture and uses open APIs. The platform integrates with the nyce.logic Control Tower and other enterprise systems. The first customers will have access in the first quarter of 2026, with a broad market introduction to follow in the first half of 2026.
