Tructyre is highlighting the importance of correct training for technicians within the sector as safety concerns become an issue due to the changing nature of modern tyres. Writing in a statement published 29 September, company representatives explained that “advancements in tyre technology offer improved performance and safety on the road” but “their increased complexity, denser composition and reduced tyre wall flexibility are leading to heightened hazards during the tyre changing process, particularly during onsite or roadside callouts.”
