Westlake tyre brand manufacturer Zhongce Rubber Group (ZC Rubber) welcomed UK partner International Tyres to its headquarters in Hangzhou, China this month. Managing Director Andy Jackson and Commercial Director Richard Allen represented the exclusive Westlake TBR distributor, touring ZC Rubber’s PCR tyre plant in Qiantang District, and the Zhongce Qingquan TBR facility in Fuyang.
