It was an order that caused a lot of dust in 2024: VM Milktrans and Sovedo Logistics, two quite modest companies, placed an order for six Mercedes-Benz Eactros 600s. The two companies of Michiel Verdonck now have the honor to receive the first Eactros 600s from Belgium through their dealer of Moss-Vereenooghe.
Michiel Verdonck has also installed solar panels and invested in an energy storage and management system and in four chargers. This infrastructure was installed by Lanoye Technics (for the production of electricity) and by the company Thoré. The financing of the Eactros 600s and the charging infrastructure was provided by Daimler Truck Financial Services Belgium, which offers a formula under the name Eservice Leasing: a contract that covers the trucks, the batteries and the charging infrastructure. Michiel Verdonck has also been able to convince customers to install charging points on their site.
