Veroniek De Mulder becomes CEO of Eutraco

Must read

Eutraco has appointed Veroniek De Mulder as Chief Executive Officer. In this capacity she replaces Serge Gregoir, who as owner now also becomes Executive Director.

Veroniek De Mulder held a commercial position at De Vlaamse Waterweg between 2006 and 2017, before joining ODTH. As CEO, she transformed the company into a dynamic and modern enterprise. Since April 2022, Veroniek De Mulder has been a member of the board of directors of various institutions, including the Federal Agency for Nuclear Control, LOM Flanders and the Antwerp Symphony Orchestra.

“This decision fits within a conscious strategy in which Eutraco evolves into a more structured and scalable company. Veroniek’s passion and knowledge make her the right CEO to lead Eutraco in a time of rapid logistical changes. My focus can now be fully dedicated to the strategic development of existing and new customers, while Veroniek has the capacity to structure complex organizations and lead them to operational excellence. Our collaboration – based on mutual respect and a shared drive – will be the engine of Eutraco’s future.”, emphasizes owner Serge Gregoir. “Veroniek’s vision on strategic management is perfectly complementary to Serge’s foundation vision and market expansion strength,” adds a spokesperson for the Board of Directors.
