Vaculug has announced that the company acquired Tyrefair (Kinross, Scotland) a few months ago in a move designed to bring its service offering further north. Since then, company representatives report that the new owners have already grown the business by 25 per cent. The target? Double the business in a year. And then double it again.
In order to achieve that, the focus isn’t simply about tyres, it’s about driving the wide company’s 2026 strategy forward: expanding through acquisitions that help us serve customers “better, faster and greener”.
According to official filings, Vaculug-owner Harjeev Singh Kandhari became director of Tyrefair on 25 February 2025.
