Ian Andrew took over as the National Tyre Distributors Association’s (NTDA) new chief executive in July. He took up the position following the end of former-CEO Stefan Hay’s 11 and a half years at the helm after he took on a similar role with the Association of Manufacturers of Domestic Appliances. Andrew himself has a strong, 20-year history as an association professional with experience in membership, business development, training, qualifications and governance. He has held several key roles at the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), built partnership initiatives within roles in Scotland and Yorkshire, and was most recently CEO at the British Pest Control Association (BPCA).
