PartsXpert Benelux, representative of the TruckXL network, and Fleetcarexl, a Dutch provider of Fleet Management solutions, enter into a strategic cooperation. Truckxl workshops get access to the tools of Fleetcarexl and Fleetcarexl gets access to the truckxl network of independent truck and trailer workshops in the Netherlands & Belgium.
“With this collaboration we respond to the increasing pressure within the truck and transport sector, where staff shortages, digitization and rising operational requirements ensure growing challenges,” says both parties. In practice, TruckXL and FleetCarexl want to link the parts-sex components offer with FleetCarexl’s Fleetguide software. “Due to the integration of parts stock and price catalog, TruckXL workshops can compile easier and faster work orders, including parts prices. This reduces the administrative burden, improves the lead time and contributes to a more professional aftersales approach within the universal truck repux,” says Thies Elbertsen, formula manager. Fleetcarexl will also make its expertise in the field of Fleet Management available to TruckXL entrepreneurs. “For example, Truckxl and Fleetcarexl can jointly improve processes, better use data and respond to future developments such as predictive maintenance, electrification and stricter sustainability requirements.”
