Tony De Pauw (WDP) died at the age of 70

Must read

Tony De Pauw, reference shareholder and for years figurehead of the listed logistics real estate group Warehouses De Pauw (WDP), died at the age of 70. The company announced this on Wednesday evening.

He had been struggling with health problems for some time and had withdrawn from the daily management last year. Together with Co CEO Joost Uwents, he led WDP for 25 years. The tandem developed the family business into the market leader in Logistics Real Estate in the Benelux, with a real estate portfolio that is worth nearly 8 billion euros today and has activities in several European countries.

Tony De Pauw was not the founder of WDP, who honor comes to his father Jos, but was the driving force behind the expansion of the company. His involvement in the listed company remained great, even after he formally took a step back.

Dear participation in his family and friends!
