Must read

Titan International has finalized its partnership with Rodaros Industria de Rodas Ltda., a Brazilian manufacturer of agricultural and construction wheels, following completion of formal regulatory review. The deal marks a major expansion of Titan’s footprint in South America, it said.

Under the partnership, Titan International said its initial cash investment totals $4 million for a 20% ownership stake in Rodaros. The agreement includes a commitment to acquire the remaining 80% in 2029, with final valuation determined by financial performance metrics.

Titan will hold one seat on Rodaros’ three-member board. Titan said it will begin providing financial leadership and operational guidance to support long-term growth and integration.

“This partnership reinforces Titan’s commitment to offering the best solutions for our customers’ equipment and to driving performance improvements in agriculture and construction operations,” said Paul Reitz, president and CEO of Titan. “We are paving the way for the development of integrated solutions tailored to the Brazilian and South American markets.”

“This partnership is founded on shared values and complementary technical expertise between the companies. Our goal is to deliver added value to the end customer,” said Ronaldo Linero, CEO of Rodaros.
