Former car valuer John Cassidy, now “The Car Showroom Poet,” has published his debut book of automotive-inspired poetry, parody, and memoir after leaving the motor trade in 2024. Supported by six coaching sessions from automotive charity Ben, Cassidy gained the clarity and confidence to achieve his creative goals, including preparing a one-man Edinburgh Fringe 2025 show. His book, available on Amazon, reflects his neurodivergent perspective and experiences in the industry.
