Tech Europe has introduced the e-line 685, the flagship model in a new series of electronically enhanced extrusion guns. According to the company, the new tool has been “meticulously engineered” by Tech’s “in-house…team of expert engineers” to “meet the demands of tyre and rubber professionals”.
At the heart of the e-line 685 is a digital thermostat, maintaining temperature with a +/- 5°C accuracy. This is designed to guarantee “consistent rubber extrusion, reducing waste and eliminating the risk of inconsistent repairs”. The extruder also prevents premature vulcanization, in order to simplify cleanup and maintain uninterrupted workflow.
