Tailormade Logistics is strengthening its services to Spain and Portugal with the continuation of the activities that have been carried out to date by HSV Expeditie and Hansbeeks Snelvoer.
HSV specializes in transports to and from Spain, Portugal, Italy, Sweden, Norway and Benelux, both in part and full loads. “HSV was looking for sustainable follow-up and strengthening of its activities,” says Bert Vandecaveye, CEO Tailormade Logistics. “For TML, with offices near the Spanish border in Narbonne in the Perpignan region and Samazan in the Bordeaux region, this is a natural expansion of our network towards the Iberian Peninsula. Many of our customers have been asking for a Spanish connection for some time. With this acquisition we can now meet that demand perfectly.”
The staff of HSV Expeditie and Hansbeeks Snelvoer (about thirty people in total) join the Tailormade Logistics group. The company’s site in Evergem will be retained, as Bert Vandecaveye indicates: “VFor now we will leave everything as before. We will decide in due course. But no closure is planned at this time.” The HSV fleet will also be (partly) taken over.
