As part of the new management structure that will take effect after 26 March 2026, Sumitomo Rubber Industries has appointed Yasuaki Kuniyasu its new President and CEO. Kuniyasu will succeed Satoru Yamamoto in both roles following formal approval at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for 26 March, with Yamamoto becoming Chairperson of the company’s Board of Directors.
