QuickJack, a division of BendPak, introduced new models of its QuickJack portable car lifts lineup. The upgraded 6000TL, 6000TLX, 8000TL, and 8000TLX units now offer lifting capacities of up to 8,000 pounds.
These lifts provide a portable, high-capacity alternative to traditional floor jacks and ramps, QuickJack said. Designed for use in home garages, at the track, or in mobile repair situations, the new QuickJack portable car lifts maintain a compact form while improving lifting strength.
QuickJack Portable Car Lifts Feature Hydraulic and Structural Enhancements
QuickJack lifts utilize a patented design to raise vehicles approximately two feet off the ground, it said. With the latest updates, all models now include a reengineered electric/hydraulic power unit. A pressure-compensated flow divider ensures synchronized lifting, while new shut-off solenoids on each hydraulic cylinder prevent pressure imbalances.
The company said it also upgraded several structural components. Thicker cross members and improved weld geometry increase rigidity and overall durability. These changes enable the lifts to support heavier loads without compromising portability or size, according to QuickJack.
New TL and TLX Models Offer More Lifting Power
Thanks to the hydraulic and structural improvements, QuickJack said the TL and TLX models lift 1,000 pounds more than previous versions. All new models are ALI-certified and have passed third-party safety testing.
Here are the new specs:
- 6000TL: 6,000 lbs., 24-in. lift height, 70-in. frame, 3-in. collapsed height;
- 6000TLX: 6,000 lbs., 24-in. lift height, 76-in. frame, 3-in. collapsed height;
- 8000TL: 8,000 lbs., 24.25-in. lift height, 70.75-in. frame, 3.5-in. collapsed height;
- 8000TLX: 8,000 lbs., 24.5-in. lift height, 76-in. frame, 3.5-in. collapsed height.
Same Design, More Safety
Even with the increased strength, QuickJack said its portable car lifts keep the compact footprint its users expect. A handheld pendant controller allows for simple operation, while mechanical safety locks now engage automatically.
All existing QuickJack accessories—including frame extensions, motorcycle and ATV adapters—remain fully compatible with the new models. These TL and TLX units join the broader QuickJack lineup, which spans from the BL-3500SLX to the 6000ELX with lift point ranges from 47.5 to 76 inches.
Every QuickJack lift includes a one-year warranty, with an optional two-year extended warranty available.
