Between 5 and 13 March 2026, Camfin S.p.A. – a company controlled by Marco Tronchetti Provera & C. S.p.A. – bought additional shares in Pirelli to increase its ownership stake. Disclosed transactions show purchases of about 1.6 million shares in total (around 0.15 per cent of Pirelli’s share capital) for approximately €9.4 million, with purchases on 5 March and 13 March at average prices of about €5.96 and €5.75 per share. In both cases, Camfin retained the voting rights attached to the shares.
