Pirelli announces tyre compounds for Mexico City grand prix

Must read

Formula 1’s journey through the Americas continues with the Mexico City Grand Prix, held at the high-altitude Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez. The circuit’s elevation of over 2,200 metres affects car performance due to thinner air, reducing downforce and increasing tyre graining. Pirelli’s tyre selection mirrors Austin’s, with a notable gap between compounds: C2 (Hard), C4 (Medium), and C5 (Soft).
