Following the debut and subsequent commercial success of its December 2023-launched shock absorber range, NTN Europe is moving to establish itself as a manufacturer in this segment of the independent aftermarket. As a result, on 20 May 2025, the suspension systems specialist signed an agreement to acquire a stake in Mecatech Group subsidiary LTM.
