Motrac launches new Linde XI series: electric lifting up up to 2 tons

Must read

On May 14, Motrac, distributor of Linde Material Handling, presented the new XI-electric forklift trucks in the port of Antwerp. These models, with lifting capacities up to 2 tons, combine the performance of combustion engines with the benefits of electric drive.

The XI10 to XI20 models owe their compact construction to an integrated lithium ion battery, which offers more space in the cabin and at the same time reduces the chassis. This increases comfort for drivers, especially with long -term use.

With a voltage of 90 volts and synchronous reluctance engines, the XI trucks deliver a power that is comparable to diesel or gas models. The fully protected electronics offers extra protection against shocks and dirt, which increases reliability in demanding environments.

The Next Champ

The new XI series was nicknamed The Next Champ and made that name where during a dynamic show, presented by Virginie Claes and performed by world champions forklift riding. Visitors were then able to ride their own test and get to know other new linden models, such as the E14-E20.

The first copies of the XI series will be delivered within a few weeks. Linde offers a fully -fledged electrical alternative to internal transport, without concessions in terms of power or ease of use.
