Lubrication Engineers introduced Monolec Syn Industrial Oil, a synthetic lubricant designed to extend equipment life by combating high temperatures, contamination, and heavy loads that accelerate wear.
Versatility Of Monolec Syn Industrial Oil
This lubricant works in gearboxes, air compressors, vacuum pumps, hydraulic systems, and roll mill bearings across industries such as textile, plastic, rubber, and paper. Its broad use makes the industrial oil a versatile solution for demanding operations, Lubrication Engineers said.
Engineers formulated this oil with a high-viscosity, 100% synthetic base and an advanced additive package, Lubrication Engineers said. The Monolec wear-reducing additive forms a single molecular lubricating film on metal surfaces, strengthening the oil film without affecting clearances.
The industrial oil improves reliability while lowering replacement and repair costs, the company said. Its high natural viscosity index maintains stability in both high and low temperatures. The oil resists oxidation, reduces corrosive and scuffing wear, and provides long-lasting protection.
Clean And Efficient Operation
The lubricant prevents carbon deposits, sludge, and varnish while resisting moisture and rust. It operates without foaming and does not damage seals or plastics. These features ensure consistent, clean equipment performance, the company said.
Monolec Syn Industrial Oil comes in these product numbers and ISO viscosity grades: 9032 (32), 9046 (46), 9068 (68), 9100 (100), 9150 (150), 9220 (220), 9320 (320), 9460 (460), and 9680 (680).
