Building on the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed five months earlier, on 30 October Lummus Technology and InnoVent Renewables announced the signing of a new master cooperation agreement (MCA) to jointly license and deploy InnoVent’s proprietary continuous tyre pyrolysis technology worldwide. The MCA “solidifies the strategic partnership” between the two companies, with process technologies and value-driven energy solutions provider Lummus serving as the exclusive global licensor of InnoVent’s tyre pyrolysis technology.
