International Lubricants, Inc. (ILI), makers of LubeGard automotive lubricants, announced the introduction of LubeGard Type F ATF products. The lineup includes Complete Type F Automatic Transmission Fluid (#62132 and #62101 in 32-ounce and 1-gallon sizes) and Type F ATF Protectant (#62010 in 10-ounce size).
The products are now available as a full-service transmission fluid or as a concentrated additive. Both are engineered to enhance shift performance and extend component life in automatic transmissions requiring Type F ATF, ILI said.
Formulated with proprietary LXE Technology, LubeGard said Type F ATF provides consistent performance across a wide temperature range and reduces metal-to-metal friction.
LubeGard said its formula makes it suitable for both daily driving and high-performance racing applications. The fluid supports rapid, precise shifting to maximize power delivery to the drive wheels during acceleration.
