Logflow celebrates 25 years of logistics impact

Must read

Logistics Advisory and Engineering Agency Logflow is blowing out 25 candles this year. What started in 2000 as a one -man business on a blank magazine, grew into an established value with a team of more than 45 logistics experts, numerous successful projects and a strong reputation as a strategic player in the logistics landscape.

Every logistics improvement starts from the right vision. Logflow has made the difference for 25 years. “We are not a classic consultancy firm, but logistics architects of companies in transformation,” says founder and CEO Eric Vandenbussche. “Everything starts with vision – it determines the impact.”

The power of Logflow lies in that vision. Thanks to their thorough expertise in Business Process Engineering – commemorating business processes with a view to logistics improvement – and their independent position, Logflow helps companies to do more with less space. “We work strategically, hands-on and always focused on efficiency, scalability and sustainability,” emphasizes Eric Vandenbussche. “Logflow guides both small SMEs and international players – not only with large transformations, but also through continuous improvement processes.”

Three award -winning projects

Logflow’s approach, located on the O-Forty campus in Oostkamp, is bearing fruit. Three companies that collaborated with Logflow were honored with prestigious logistics prices:

  • 2022: Logistics Project of the Year With Dassy;
  • 2024: Logistics Building of the Year With All Sport;
  • 2025: Again Logistics Project of the Year With Huppa.

“Our customers appeal to us at tilting moments: by expansion, scaling up or strategic redesign. We commemorate processes, guidance and unburden our customers from design to go-live. Technology is never a goal in itself, but a means-always at the service of a clear long-term vision.”

Internationally grow

The next step? Further growth and international expansion. “We want to grow to 70 consultants and strengthen our international presence. We are already following our Belgian customers across borders and want to expand that path,” concludes Vandenbussche.
