Wang Feng, chairman of Linglong Tire, has delivered a keynote speech during the “Ecological Civilization and Beautiful China Practices” event at COP30 in Belém, Brazil, showcasing China’s progress in ecological initiatives. Representing China’s industrial green transition, Linglong committed to reaching carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2050, ten years ahead of the Paris Agreement timeline. The company has outlined a clear roadmap, aiming to cut emissions by 52.07 per cent by 2035 and achieve net-zero by 2050 through measures in energy use, sustainable R&D, and supply chain management.
