Must read

Kurt Pierloot is stepping down as CEO of logistics service provider Bleckmann. After 6.5 years at the helm, he is passing on the reins by mutual consent. Pierloot will continue to support the company in the coming weeks with a number of strategic files to ensure a smooth transition.

Under his leadership, Bleckmann experienced strong growth. Turnover increased from approximately 280 million euros in 2018 to approximately 730 million euros in 2025. At the same time, significant investments were made in automation and advanced technologies, which strengthened the efficiency, scalability and sustainability of the organization. Bleckmann also took steps in international expansion, including through the acquisition of a majority stake in the Spanish B2Tex group.

The role of interim CEO will be taken up by Gökalp Çak, Chairman of the Board of Directors and co-founder of Netlog Logistics Group, Bleckmann’s largest shareholder. According to the company, the management change has no impact on its strategic direction, which continues to focus on growth, innovation and omnichannel e-fulfilment for fashion and lifestyle brands.

Bleckmann has more than 6,500 employees worldwide.
