Jungheinrich has presented the AME 18, a compact and powerful electric pallet truck that meets the demands of modern logistics processes. The device combines efficiency, flexibility and safety in a lightweight design.
The AME 18 was developed in close cooperation between the Jungheinrich sites in Norderstedt (Germany) and Qingpu (China). With a load capacity of 1,800 kg and a low weight, the pallet truck is particularly suitable for daily use in cramped or weight-sensitive environments such as shops, production locations and trucks. In addition to the new AME 18, Jungheinrich also offers the electric pallet truck AME 15, with a load capacity of 1,500 kg.
Both pallet trucks use modern lithium-ion technology, an integrated fast charging function and maintenance-free drive motor. This makes interim loading easy and increases availability in time-critical logistics processes.
The device has an intuitive interface and a crawl speed button for precise maneuvering in confined spaces. The robust steel construction and protected support wheels ensure maximum stability and protection of both operator and goods.
According to product manager Faruk Gökdurmuş, the AME 18 sets new standards in performance and innovation. “The close collaboration between our teams in Europe and Asia has led to a product that fully meets the needs of modern logistics: flexible, powerful and future-oriented.”
