Jacky Perrenot wants to take over Vos Logistics

Must read

This would be the largest merger/acquisition between two players in European road transport in a long time: the French group Jacky Perrenot has announced its intention to acquire Vos Logistics in the Netherlands. For the time being, we are still in the declarations of intent phase.

Jacky Perrenot is a group with a turnover of more than 1.3 billion euros, more than 10,000 employees and 10,000 vehicles. It covers the entire French market with a very extensive network of agencies, but currently also has a strong presence in Spain, Portugal and the United Kingdom, where Jacky Perrenot acquired the ArrowXL company in June 2025. The French group is also present in Belgium, in Tubize, with a company active in the last mile of delivery.

Vos Logistics is a player with 2,700 employees and 5,000 vehicles (motorcycles and towed vehicles) and has 300,000 m² of warehouses. In Belgium, the Dutch group is present in Pittem with two companies that employ a total of approximately sixty people. The takeover by Jacky Perrenot opens the doors for him to Central Europe, as Vos Logistics is strongly represented in Poland and Romania. This will also lead to the creation of a leading player that aims to achieve a turnover of two billion euros by 2027. Since Vos Logistics has a turnover of approximately 400 million euros, we can expect even more acquisitions from Jacky Perrenot in the coming months.
