Tatneftekhiminvest Holding has become the new legal owner of Ikon Shina LLC, the company responsible for the sale of Ikon Tyres produced at the former Nokian Tyres plant in Vsevolozhsk, Russia. According to an extract from Russia’s Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRUL), Tatneftekhiminvest Holding acquired 100 per cent of the charter capital of Ikon Shina LLC, with the change of ownership formally recorded on 26 January 2026.
