Hunter Engineering Leadership Changes Strengthen Global Team

Must read

Hunter Engineering leadership changes recently took effect as the company realigned its international field group to enhance customer support and unify global operations. The reorganization introduces new roles and responsibilities for several team members across key markets, Hunter said.

Kevin Dillon has taken on the newly created role of international technical consultant. The company said it created this position to meet growing partner demand for support in technical service, product launches, and event coverage. Dillon, previously regional manager of Europe, was Hunter Deutschland’s second employee in 2002 and brings deep regional knowledge to the role, Hunter said. He will remain based in Munich, Germany.

Luca Pivetti, currently regional manager of Western Europe, will expand his territory to include Spain and Portugal. Pivetti joined Hunter in 2015 and will continue working from Carpi, Italy.

Regional Roles Realigned Across Europe and Asia

Andrea Tassoni returns to Correggio, Italy, to become regional manager of Central Europe. She spent a decade leading Central and South America operations from Bogota, Colombia.

Meanwhile, Adam Caddeo will continue to manage Australasia and will now support nearby Asian markets. Based in Australia, Caddeo will apply his OEM and account management expertise to Hunter’s Red Carpet accounts. That includes customers in Japan and South Korea.

Hunter Engineering Leadership Changes Span the Americas

Jonathan Upton, a 10-year Hunter veteran and multi-award-winning sales leader, has been promoted from business consultant in Atlanta to regional manager of Northern Europe. He will continue working from Atlanta while overseeing the expanded territory.

David Littuma steps into the role of regional manager for Central and South America. Based in Quito, Ecuador, Littuma brings strong leadership skills and deep industry experience to the region, Hunter said.
