Intervest has appointed Cushman & Wakefield and JLL for the commercialization of Herstal Logistics. The project will comprise a total of approximately 86,750 m² of logistics space.
The first phase of Herstal Logistics will be completed in February 2026 and includes approximately 40,000 m² of new-build warehouses, spread over four flexible units. This layout allows you to easily scale and respond to the operational needs of different users.
The site is strategically located in one of the most important logistics hubs in Europe. Thanks to its proximity to international highways, rail and inland waterway connections and Liège Airport, Herstal Logistics offers strong multimodal accessibility for both national and international distribution.
Intervest sets the bar high in terms of sustainability. The warehouses and office spaces are developed according to the strictest standards and aim for a BREEAM Outstanding certification. The project will be equipped with LED lighting, solar panels, heat pumps and rainwater recovery systems.
Commercial pre-leasing started in March 2025. Construction of the entire project will begin in the first quarter of 2026, with an expected opening in autumn 2028.
