This year the ‘Transport & Logistics Employer of the Year award’ goes to GXO Logistics. The company integrated the activities of PFS Liège into its organization, without losing the identity of PFS. The company opted for a holistic and people-oriented integration, in which systems, processes, culture and HR were addressed simultaneously. Communication and gradual implementation were central.
The two other winners
Rhenus Logistics moved to a new office last year. Employees were given a lot of input in choosing the new building. The most important challenges, such as continuity, resistance, IT and mobility, were met thanks to implementation in phases and clear communication. This file took second place.
Colruyt Group Finally, it is working on an integrated personnel policy for B2B activities to make the organization ‘future proof’. The approach is based on four pillars – leadership, collaboration, employees and compliance – and translates into actions such as a growth compass, inclusion initiatives and shadowing programs.
