GXO Logistics has launched GXO IQ, a fully AI-driven platform that has been developed specifically for the logistics sector.
The platform coordinates millions of actions in the field of warehousing, transport and personnel management and is built with technology from Google Cloud and Snowflake.
GXO IQ uses more than twenty years of operational data and its own AI algorithms to control processes such as stock management, order processing and shipping intelligently. The platform consists of four layers: a data infrastructure, AI orchestration, end-to-end implementing options and a user-friendly interface with the interactive AI assistant ‘Gil’.
The commercial rollout starts in the second half of 2025, after the first bet at GXO Direct customers in the US.
