GXO Logistics colleague Lucas O’Brien has begun a six‑month secondment in Accra, Ghana, working with international development organisation Transaid to strengthen professional driver training across the country. As a Project Officer, O’Brien is contributing to the nationwide rollout of a new Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) driver training standard and assisting in the establishment of a dedicated training centre for instructors.
